These terms cover browsing LogoCraftory, editing a catalog design and using the SVG or PNG you generate. They explain the permission to use a file and the checks that remain necessary before adopting it as a business identity.
The service covered by these terms
LogoCraftory is a browser-based design tool. It combines shared symbols, type options, palettes and layouts, lets you adjust a selected composition and generates downloadable files. It is not a trademark registration service, a commissioned design contract or a promise of exclusive artwork.
You can use the current public editor without creating an account. Features can change as the tool develops. The workflow page describes the controls currently available; these terms do not promise features that are not present in the editor.
Permission to use your generated files
You may download, reproduce and modify a result you generate for your own personal or commercial project, subject to these terms and any third-party rights relevant to your use. This includes placing the design on your website, social profile, documents or printed material.
That permission is nonexclusive. It does not prevent other visitors from using the same catalog symbol, font choice, color combination or arrangement. Downloading a result does not reserve the source components or establish that every element can be claimed as your exclusive property.
| Using the export | What the download does not establish |
|---|---|
| Place the file on a project website | That the business name is available in every market |
| Modify the composition in suitable software | Exclusive ownership of the shared source symbol |
| Prepare artwork for print | Approval by a printer or compatibility with every application |
| Explore a commercial identity | Trademark clearance or registration eligibility |
Your responsibility for names and rights
Choose text and imagery you are entitled to use. Before a commercial launch, consider existing marks in the relevant countries and business categories. Similarity can involve appearance, sound or meaning; a free domain or an exact-spelling web search does not settle every rights question.
Review any typeface requirements relevant to your use and production process. When exclusivity, registration or a significant investment is involved, obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances. Read Logo Usage & Rights for the practical checks built around this tool.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access administrative areas or information without authorization.
- Do not disrupt the website, distribute malicious code or interfere with other visitors.
- Do not use the service to create material that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.
- Do not represent a shared catalog component as a design exclusively commissioned for you by LogoCraftory.
Exports, typography and production checks
The PNG export uses transparency. SVG keeps shapes scalable, but its text can depend on fonts available in the software where it is opened. A substitute font can alter letter widths, spacing and the balance of the composition.
Inspect a downloaded file in the environment where it will be used. Test small sizes, background contrast, print dimensions and any production requirements before committing to a print run. The tool does not warrant identical rendering in every browser, platform, printer or editing application.
Saving work and service availability
There is no personal project archive or account recovery feature for designs. Keep your own downloads. The editor address contains a starting selection, but it is not a complete saved history of later edits. Availability can be interrupted by maintenance, browser limitations or technical faults, and catalog components may change.
Information, changes and applicable rights
Site explanations support use of the tool; they do not provide legal or production advice tailored to a particular business. See the Disclaimer for the boundaries of those explanations and the Privacy Policy for current data handling.
These terms may be revised when the service changes. The date at the top identifies the current revision. Nothing here is intended to remove a right or protection that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
