LOGOCRAFTORY / POLICIES & TRANSPARENCY

Disclaimer

Understand where a design preview ends and your own review begins.

Updated October 27, 20265 sections

The editor can help you make and compare a logo. It cannot determine whether that logo is legally clear, exclusive to your business or suitable for every production process.

Before committing money to a launch

Review the name and mark in your intended market, then proof the exported file in the software and physical format where it will be used.

Design originality and shared components

LogoCraftory uses a shared catalog of symbols and composition rules. Different visitors can create similar results. Changes to text, color or layout do not establish that no comparable mark exists elsewhere.

The website does not certify that a design is copyrightable, registrable as a trademark, available in a particular country or free from every third-party claim. A downloaded SVG or PNG is an artwork file, not a rights clearance document.

Business names and trademark decisions

A name can conflict with another mark even when the spelling is different. The relevant review can depend on the products, services, territory and way the mark is used. Domain-name availability and social-profile availability do not by themselves establish trademark rights.

Information on this site is general. It is not a legal opinion about your project or a substitute for a review by a qualified professional where the investment or rights question warrants one.

Screen previews and exported files

The preview is a design aid. It cannot reproduce every screen, printing method, background or output size. Thin lines may disappear when reduced; transparent artwork may lack contrast on a different surface; a long tagline may become unreadable in a small profile image.

SVG shapes scale, but text can render differently when the selected font is not available in the receiving application. Open the export in your target software and check typography, spacing and color before a production run. Ask the printer about outlines, color specifications or other requirements relevant to the job.

Practical checks and service limits

The workspace previews and the workflow checklist help you inspect common problems. They do not test every platform, detect all similar trademarks or guarantee that a design will perform well with your audience.

The site has no personal project archive. Save files you want to keep and do not rely on the editor page as your only copy. Features, catalog contents and availability may change.
