Your logo is assembled in your browser, but visiting a website still creates technical records. This policy explains that distinction and the information involved in the current LogoCraftory workflow.
No visitor account or saved design library is offered. Logo downloads are created on your device. Google advertising is not active in the theme.
Information used at each step
| Activity | Information involved | Where it appears |
|---|---|---|
| Browsing the website | Requested address and ordinary connection details | Browser, hosting and delivery systems |
| Opening the editor | Starting brand name and selected design | Editor URL, which may enter history and access logs |
| Editing a logo | Name, tagline, symbol, font, layout and colors | Current browser session; no personal project library |
| Downloading | Generated SVG or PNG | Your device and any location you choose to save or share it |
| Sending the contact form | Name, email address, subject, message, submission time and ordinary anti-abuse data | Protected WordPress form entries and the administrator email notification |
| Administrator login | Authentication and preference information | WordPress administration and login cookies |
Brand names, URLs and shared links
The gallery passes the starting name and design selection to the editor through the page address. That address is not a private project vault. It can be copied, bookmarked, included in browser history or recorded by a server handling the request. Anyone receiving the link may see the name it contains.
Changes made after entering the editor are not saved as a separate online project. Closing or reloading the page can discard those changes. Do not enter confidential names, personal identifiers or private messages as sample brand text. Review the address before sharing a screenshot or link.
Browser processing and downloaded files
The editor uses JavaScript to draw the logo and generate the export. It does not provide a visitor upload form or a server-side archive of your finished files. The site cannot retrieve a download you delete from your device. If your browser, device backup or cloud folder keeps a copy, that copy is controlled by the relevant device or service.
A generated SVG includes the visible brand text and design instructions needed to display it. A PNG includes the rendered artwork. Sharing either file shares the information visible in that design.
Hosting and technical records
Delivering a page can involve an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and diagnostic errors. Hosting systems may use those records for delivery, security and troubleshooting. They can process a request even when the visitor has blocked cookies.
We have not verified a single retention period across the hosting environment and do not claim that all logs are erased after a fixed number of days. There is also no personal design account whose deletion would automatically remove hosting access records.
Cookies and administration
Public logo creation does not require a WordPress account. WordPress can set authentication and preference cookies for administrators who sign in. Browser history, a downloaded file and a cookie are different kinds of storage; deleting one does not necessarily delete the others. The Cookie Policy explains the controls relevant to each.
Advertising and external services
Google ads are not active in the current theme. Before advertising is introduced, the disclosures must reflect the actual vendors and technologies enabled. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies, web beacons or IP addresses for delivery, measurement and personalization where permitted. Google advertising cookies can support ads based on visits to this and other websites.
Google Ads Settings provides controls for Google ad personalization. That external service operates under its own policies. An advertising consent choice, where required, must be implemented before the relevant advertising technology is activated.
Your practical controls
- Use a nonconfidential name while exploring designs.
- Check a URL before sending it to another person.
- Manage bookmarks, browser history and downloaded files separately.
- Inspect or block cookies through your browser settings.
- Avoid including private details in screenshots used to describe a problem.
Privacy enquiries and revisions
The Contact page provides a hosted form for editor problems, download questions, logo usage, privacy requests and site feedback. Submissions include the details entered by the sender and are stored in the protected WordPress dashboard. An email notification is sent to the site administrator so the request can be reviewed and answered. The administrator address is not displayed on the public page.
Do not place passwords, payment details, government identification, advertising-account credentials or confidential brand material in a message. Form records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, security and legal recordkeeping; no fixed deletion period is claimed. Email delivery also involves the administrator’s email provider under that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
This policy applies to the current workflow. It will need revision when accounts, saved projects, messaging, analytics or advertising change the information handled by the site. The revision date appears at the top of this page.
